摘　　要：目的分析手术室护理整理管理的应用情况,为专科护理管理的改革与创新提供依据。方法实行对眼科手术室护士的分组管理、弹性排班、合理的临床带教培训,建立一种高效、合理的护理管理模式。结果有效提升了手术室护长在调配工作上的质量和效率,充分发挥专业组长的工作主动性,显著提高了手术室护士的工作满意度和手术医生对手术室的整体护理配合工作满意度。结论护理整体管理模式的建立并有效应用,能使医生和护士的工作效率显著提高。Objective To analyze the application effect ofholistic nursing management around ophthalmic operating room, aiming to provide novel evidence for nursing management. Methods To implement the goal of grouping management, flexible schedule, reasonable training by clinical nursing teacher for nursing staff in ophthalmic operating room, establishing an efficient and reasonable management mode for nursing. Results This management pattern effectively enhances the quality and efficacy of head nurse in allocating works, fully inspired the initiatives of team leader and significantly increased the satisfaction of nursing staff and clinical surgeons with overall nursing performance around ophthalmic operating room. Conclusions The establishment of holistic management mode and its effective application enable surgeons and nursing staff to work more efficiently.
