摘　　要：CBE教育模式即能力本位教育,是20世纪60年代在世界范围内发展起来的教育培训模式。最初CBE主要作为一种现代职业教育模式而存在,它强调以能力培养为中心,培养目标具体明确,让学生从做中学,注重知识的应用和个性化学习,这些先进的教育理念和实践均值得传统的普通学科教育借鉴。CBE is an abbreviation of Competency-Based Education, which was one of the most popular education mode developed world-wide in the 1960s. As a modern vocational education mode , CBE stresses competence-building at the center, targeted, emphasizing students＂ learning by doing, focusing on the application of knowledge and personalized learning. The ad- vanced educational philosophy and practice of CBE are worthy to learn for traditional disciplinary education.
