摘　　要：螺旋藻作为一种天然的营养保健食品,含有丰富的优质蛋白以及多种生物活性成分,得到了消费者的认可和信赖。但近期发生的螺旋藻保健品中重金属铅含量超标引起了消费者的恐慌,同时也给螺旋藻行业以及保健食品行业敲响了警钟。为此,本综述从螺旋藻铅超标对人体造成的危害、事件背后引起的反思以及应对措施3个角度进行了探讨。Spirulina, as natural nutrition health food, contains a lot of proteins, and a variety of biological active ingredients. However, recent spirulina health products Pb content in exceed the standard caused panic among consumers. At the same time it also gave spirulina industry and health product industry a wake-up call. The damage of Pb content in exceed the standard Pb to human body, the reflection behind the event and the measures that we should do was discussed in the review.
