摘　　要：通过对三所院校786名医学生廉洁信念的调查,发现当前医学生廉洁信念整体偏低。导致医学生廉洁信念不高的原因,既有医疗体制和医德教育不完善的影响,也有源自于自身的主观因素,例如角色认知的失误、医德情感的缺失、意志品质的消沉、个人追求的降低和性格特征的消极等。Based on a survey of probity belief to 786 medical students in three medical colleges, found that current probity belief in medical students is generally on the low side. In addition to the medical system and medical ethics education are not perfect, the psychological factors of medical students are following reasons, such as the role cognition is wrong, the emotion of medical ethics is missing, will quality is depressible, individual pursuit is reduced, and personality characteristics is negative, and so on.
