网络多中心治理下政府公信力提升的研究

摘　　要：公信力是公众对政府行为的满意度与信任度,客观反映了政府的权威性、民主性和服务程度等,是政府获取公众信任的重要指针。我国政府公信力还是比较高的,但在当前网络环境下,监督和控制变得日益复杂而多变,网络上出现的一些新治理主体与政府竞争着公众信任,形成多中心治理局面。the public credibility is the public on the government behavior of satisfaction and trust, which reflects the governments authority, democracy and service level and so on, is an important pointer for the Government to obtain the public trust, but in the current network environment, supervision and control has become increasingly complex and varied, the network appeared some new management body and government competition with public trust, formed the multi -center management situation.
