摘 要:近年来,为建立一支高效、专业、稳定的幼儿教育师资队伍,保证幼儿教育质量,"幼儿教育从业人员专业发展系统"建设在美国各州全面推开。各州通过建立幼儿教育从业人员核心知识与能力标准,完善幼儿教育从业人员资格、证书制度和专业发展路径,为幼儿教育从业人员专业发展提供多样化的资助,拓展幼儿教育从业人员专业发展活动的传播路径,建立幼儿教育从业人员专业发展的质量保证机制等举措,有效提升了幼儿教育从业人员的专业水准,保证了幼儿教育质量,但各州在推进系统建设过程中也面临着一些困难与挑战。In recent years,with the purpose of establishing an efficient,professional and stable early childhood workforce and ensuring the quality of early childhood education, many states in U.S. have engaged in the construction of early childhood education practitioners' professional development system. Many states have effectively promoted the competence of practitioners and enhanced the quality of early childhood education through measures of establishing core knowledge and competencies standards,improving early childhood professional qualification certificate system,providing multiple financial supports for professionals,expanding the propagation paths of professional development activities and creating the quality assurance mechanism of professional development and so on. However, they are also facing some difficulties and challenges in the progress of system establishment.
