摘  要:为提高酒精蒸馏设备的生产效率和酒精产率,对纤维素燃料乙醇蒸馏工艺技术与设备进行了新的设计,该设计可满足固态蒸馏与液态蒸馏要求,具有一机多用的功能。本文研究了固态蒸馏与液态蒸馏过程中的蒸汽压力、填料系数、回流比对出酒率的影响并对关键影响因素进行了优化。结果表明:固态蒸馏时,回流比是影响出酒率的关键因素;最佳蒸馏工艺条件为蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa、填料系数为0.6、回流比为0.65。在此工艺条件下酒醅的出酒率达到最大值,即78.6%。液态蒸馏时,蒸汽压力是影响出酒率的关键因素;最佳提取工艺条件为蒸汽压力为0.3Mpa、填料系数为0.7、回流比为0.7,在此工艺条件下出酒率达到最大值,即78.9%。In order to improve liquor distillation equipment and the production efficiency and the yield of alcohol, cellulose fuel ethanol distillation technology and equipment have new design. The design can meet the requirements of liquid distillation and solid distillation. The study focuses on the solid state distillation and liquid distillation in the process of distillation steam pressure, filling coefficient, reflux ratio research.The results showed that: state distillation, reflux ratio is the key factors influence liquor yield; optimal distillation process conditions for steam pressure of 0.4Mpa, filling coefficient of 0.6, reflux ratio of 0.65. In this process the wine fermented liquor rate reaches a maximum value, i.e. 78.6%.Liquid distillation, steam pressure is the key factor affecting the yield of wine; optimum extraction conditions for steam pressure of 0.3Mpa, filling coefficient of 0.7, reflux ratio is 0.7, the above condition liquor rate reaches a maximum value, i.e. 78.9%.
