摘 要:近年来,我国经济得到迅猛发展,食品的产业结构发生变化,市场竞争越来越激烈。但与此同时,食品安全问题频频出现,使其成为主流媒体和广大消费者关注的热点。本文由食品安全监管体制的改革和完善入手,深入分析了我国食品安全的现状和食品问题频发的原因,并从行政监管体制和法律监管体制两个方面提出了建立信息共享、快捷高效、无缝对接的全程食品安全监管体制的若干措施。In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, the food industry structure has changed, and market competition is more and more fierce. But at the same time, food safety problems appeared frequently, which makes it become the concerned hot of mainstream media and consumers. Starting from the reform and improvement of food safety supervision and management system, this paper analyzed the present situation of Chinese food safety and causes of food problems, and put forward the measures to establish information sharing, efficien4 seamless docking food safety supervision system from two aspects of administrative supervision system and legal regulation system.
