摘 要:采用中试试验装置对低浓度低聚木糖溶液的分离浓缩进行中试试验,比较研究聚酰胺类纳滤和反渗透两种膜技术的效果。试验结果表明,纳滤在分离浓缩效率和操作成本上均要优于反渗透。并在此基础上确定了纳滤膜分离浓缩低聚木糖溶液的最佳工艺操作条件:温度37℃、流量1 235 L/h、压力0.8 MPa,低聚木糖溶液可从初始可溶性固形物含量为2°Bx被浓缩至7.52°Bx。纳滤浓缩工艺具有能耗低、成本低的优势,且不会对环境造成任何污染,显示出极佳的经济和社会效益。该研究为低聚木糖溶液膜浓缩技术的应用研究提供了良好的参考依据。The concentration processes of low concentrations of xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) by nanofiltration and reverse osmosis were studied based on a pilot-scale equipment. The results indicate that the application of nanofiltration is more efficient and economic than that of reverse osmosis. When the best operating parameters of temperature, flux, influent pressure were controlled at 37 ℃, 1 235 L/h, 0.8 MPa, respectively, the XOS solution can be concentrated from 2°Bx to 7.52°Bx. The nanofiltration process shows good economic and social benefits for the superiorities of low energy consumption, low cost and no environmental pollution. The pilot-scale experiment helps to provide a good reference for further applied study of concentrating XOS by membrane separation technology.
