摘  要:该文通过SolidWorks对EBZ160可伸缩式掘进机伸缩臂伸缩内部建模和有限元分析,得出其应力、变形图,结果表明伸缩臂在工作过程中应力分布总体较为均匀,但在局部应力和变形量较大。The cantilever model of EBZ160 roadheader was established by using SolidWorks,finite element analysis was made to the cantilever by using Cosmosworks,and the stress and deformation were obtained.The results showed that the cantilever in the overall work process had a uniform stress distribution,but there are large stress and deformation in the local.
