摘　　要：通过采用ERBAC模型,解决了劳动合同管理系统因权限分配不合理而引起的冗余角色缺陷,有效防止由于个别用户具有特殊权限而导致角色增加泛滥的问题,还解决了由于角色继承中产生的私有权限被继承的问题,并且避免冲突权限的继承和越权操作。This paper analyzies the shortcoming of ERBAC model,and solves the problem of redundant role by unrationlly distributing purview.The system completes the work that the user will be able to grant permission and it allow system automatically recovery overdue purview,and settles the problem which role inherited arousing private rights inherited by importing public authority and private rights.Meanwhile,system granted to roles and roles inherited increase priority constraints to avoid confliected privilege inherited and ultra vires action.
