摘  要:基因工程是高等教育中生物技术专业的主干课程,其突出特点是技术性强。为了使学生易于理解和掌握该门课程,并具有较强的科研交流能力,在早期教学实践的基础上进行了部分教学改革,通过调整理论课和实验课设置,增设基础综合实验及双语教学,突出案例和基于问题的教学等,提高了教学效果。Genetic engineering is a main course of biotechnology major in higher education. It is prominently characterized as profes-sional technology. In order to facilitate students to understand and master it, and strengthen their communication ability in scientific re-search, we have performed teaching reform by regulating course arrangement between theory and experiment classes, adding basic com-prehensive experiment and bilingual teaching classes, highlighting case-based learning and problem-based learning based on the practice of early teaching. Thus, teaching quality has been improved.
