经济全球化背景下日语复合型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,传统的日语人才培养存在着课程设置与社会复合型人才需求脱节、学生语言应用能力和跨文化交际能力欠缺等问题。培养复合型日语人才的途径,首先要更新和拓宽专业设置,加强实践教学,优化课程体系,其次要注重语言文化的差异,将文化融入教学之中。Under the background of economic globalization,issues,such as the disjunction between currieulum design and the demand of compound Japanese professional talents, shortage of language application ability and cross-culture communication competence, still exist in developing the conventional Japanese talents. In order to cultivate compound Japanese professional talents, specialty provision should be widened firstly, quality of practical teaching should be improved, and curriculum system bettered as well. Moreover, differences between language and cultural should be focused on, and culture and teaching integrated into each other.
