摘  要:建立了检测10种食品中甲氰菊酯残留量的气相色谱-质谱方法。样品采用正己烷、乙腈或乙酸乙酯提取,液液分配及固相萃取柱净化,净化液由气相色谱-质谱测定,外标法定量。本方法的回收率为70.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~12.3%,检测低限为0.01 mg/kg。The author presented a method for the determination'of Fenpropathrin residue in 10 kinds of food by using gas chroma- tography -mass spectrometry method. The samples were extracted by n -hexane, acetonitrile and ethyl acetate through liquid -liquid partition, purified by HLB cartridge and florisil cartridge, and determined by using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and exter- nal standard method. The recovery rate of this method was 70.0% ~ 110.0%, the relative standard deviation was 3.3% -12.3%, and the detection low limit was 0.01 mg/kg.
