摘 要:目的建立阜康阿魏根和叶中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定阜康阿魏根和叶中阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温为35℃。结果阿魏酸峰面积与进样量在0.009 8~0.049 0μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.79%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、准确、可靠,可用于阿魏根和叶中阿魏酸含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of ferulic acid in roots and leaves of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen.. Methods The content of ferulic acid was detected by HPLC. The sep- aration was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 fire). The mobile phase was ace- tonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(15 : 85); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detective wave- length was set at 320 nm. The column temperature was 35℃. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0. 009 8-0. 049 0 μg (r =0. 999 6). The average recovery was 99.29 % with RSD 0.79% (n=6). Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate, reliable; it could be used as a determi- nation of ferulic acid in root and leaf of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen..
