摘 要:目的建立阜康阿魏叶中总多酚含量的测定方法。方法以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-Ciocal-teu比色法对阜康阿魏叶中总多酚含量进行测定。结果没食子酸对照品在浓度为0.002~0.006g/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6);阜康阿魏叶中总多酚含量为4.99mg/g,RSD为0.52%;样品溶液在0~10h基本稳定(RSD=1.2%);精密度试验RSD为1.1%;重复性试验RSD为1.1%;平均回收率为101.0%(RSD=1.7%)。结论该法简便快捷,重复性好,为阜康阿魏叶中有效成分的利用提供有利依据。Objective To establish a method for analyzing the content of total polyphenols in leaves of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen. Methods Gallic acid was used as reference substance, the content of total polyphenols was analyzed by Folin-Ciocaheu chromatometry. Results There was a good linearity for gallic acid in the range of 0. 002-0. 006 mg/mL with the relative standard deviation (r =0. 999 6). The content of total polyphenols in the leaves of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen was approximately 4. 99 mg/g with RSD 0. 52%. The sample solution was stable during 0-10 h with RSD 1. 2%. The precision RSD was 1. 1% and the average recovery was 101.0% (n =6) with RSD 1.7%. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and reproducible, and can provide a favorable basis for the use of active ingredient in the leaves of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen..
