摘　　要：作为新兴专业的公共事业管理专业存在定位不准确、培养理念不明晰等亟待解决的问题。高校应当探明公共事业管理专业人才培养理念的变化趋势,重新定位公共事业管理专业的培养理念,进行特色化方案与运行机制的设计改革,为公共事业管理专业人才培养提供借鉴。The public utility administration specialty as a new specialty has such urgent problems as the inaccurate positioned and the undefined-cultivation idea. Universities must verify the tendency of professionals-cultivating change in the public utility administration specialty and re-orientate the cultivating idea of the specialty, carry out the reform of the design of the characteristic plan and the operational mechanism so as to provide some valuable experiences for the development of the professionals in the public utility administration.
