留守儿童心理虐待与忽视现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查留守儿童心理虐待与忽视现状，了解留守特征对留守儿童心理虐待与忽视的影响。方法对432名留守儿童采用一般资料调查表和儿童心理虐待与忽视量表进行测评分析。结果留守儿童心理虐待与忽视总体阳性检出率为32．76％，心理虐待分量表阳性检出率为28．82％，忽视分量表阳性检出率为31．77％。儿童心理虐待与忽视量表评分，男性留守儿童忽视分量表和情感忽视维度评分显著低于女性留守儿童（P〈0．01），干涉维度评分显著高于女性留守儿童（P〈0．01）；初中组心理虐待分量表评分显著高于高中组，忽视分量表和干涉、情感忽视维度评分显著高于小学组与高中组；小学组恐吓维度评分显著高于初中组与高中组。留守年限对心理虐待与忽视分量表及恐吓、情感忽视、教育忽视维度的主效应均达到显著水平，留守形式对忽视分量表和情感忽视、教育忽视维度的主效应达到显著水平，留守年限与留守形式在心理虐待分量表和干涉、情感忽视维度上的交互效应达到显著水平。结论留守儿童是心理虐待与忽视的高危群体，其心理虐待与忽视现况存在一定的性别和年级差异，留守年限与留守形式是留守儿童心理虐待与忽视的重要预测变量。Objective To survey the current situation of psychological abuse and neglect in rear children and get the message of the effects of rear features on psychological abuse and neglect of rear children. Methods Assessments were conducted with the General Information Questionnaire （GIQ） and Child Psy- chological Abuse and Neglect Scale （CPANS） in 432 rear children. Results The positive detection rate of psychological abuse and neglect was 32. 76%, that of psychological abuse subscale 28.82% and that of neglect 31.77%. Neglect subscale and emotional neglect score were significantly lower （P〈0.01） and in- terference higher （P〈0.01） in male than female rear children; psychological abuse subscale score was sig- nificantly higher in students of junior than ones of senior middle school, so were neglect subscale, interfer- ence and emotional neglect score than in ones of primary school and senior middle school; menace score was significantly higher in students of primary school than in ones of junior and senior middle school. The main effect of rear time limits on psychological abuse and neglect subscale, menace, emotional neglect, educa- tional neglect was significant, so was that of rear forms on neglect suhscale, emotional neglect and educa- tional neglect, and so was the interaction of rear time limits and forms on psychological abuse subscale, in- terference and emotional neglect. Conclusion Rear children are high risk group of psychological abuse and neglect, their psychological abuse and neglect have some gender and age differences, and rear time limits and forms are important predictive variables for psychological abuse and neglect.
