摘  要:目的:探讨书法、绘画训练对慢性期精神分裂症的康复效果。方法:将符合条件的慢性期精神分裂症患者,随机分成研究组与对照组,各30例,进行为期12个月的研究与观察。研究组在原维持治疗基本不变的基础上,按规定进行每周二次的书法及绘画集中学习,每次1小时半,其余时间可自由书写或绘画。对照组维持原治疗基本不变,在对照组集中学习时段,他们在活动室自由活动。两组患者分别在研究开始时及研究结束前使用住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPRDS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)进行评定。结果:研究组住院精神病患者康复疗效评定治疗前后评分显著性下降(P<0.01),对照组IPRDS评分无显著性变化,研究组PAN-SS阴性症状总分、PANSS一般病理学总分和PANSS总分各项分值均低于治疗前,差异具有统计意义。12月末WCST测验研究组总正确数、持续反应数、完成分类数高于对照组,总错误数、持续错误数低于对照组,具有显著性差异。结论:对慢性期精神病住院患者进行书法、绘画训练形式的康复治疗,能普遍地减轻患者的阴性症状严重程度,改善认知,延缓精神残疾的倾向,这些效果是单纯药物治疗所不能及的,建议有条件的医院,将书法、绘画训练纳入常规康复治疗。Objective:To research rehabilitative effect of handwriting and drawing practice for chronic phase schizophrenia. Methods:The patients who accorded with stated criteria were randomly assigned into two groups: research group (30 cases) and contrast group (30 cases) . Researching and observing continued 12 months. The patients of research group would practice handwriting and drawing , While the patients of contrast group would take free activity. Results: Research group were significant lower scores at IPRDS after 12th month (P 〈 0.01 ) , Scores of PANSS were different after and before treatment (P 〈 0.05 )but scores of positive symptom of PANSS were similar after and before treatment . Contrast group scores of all were similar after and before treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , Scores of WCST were significant changed after and before treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Rehabilitation therapy of hand- writing and drawing for chronic phase schizophrenia could mitigate patient's negative symptom , improve state of illness , weaken psychic disability . To suggest that handwriting and drawing were bring into conventional rehabilitative treatment by competent hospital .
