摘　　要：党员教师既是党员又是教师,既要有较高的党性意识,又要尽师者之道,教书育人,具有双重角色。然而目前在高校,一些党员教师没有很好起到双重角色的作用,存在角色分离和职责缺失的现象,为此提出了充分发挥高校党员教师双重角色作用的一些建议。A Teachers with party membership are both party members and teachers,in addition to a higher sense of party spirit and way of teachers,teaching and education, have a dual role. But in colleges, some party member teachers do not play a dual role well,there is a loss of separation of roles and responsibilities,so we put forward some suggestions in playing the dual roles for CPC member teachers in colleges and universities.
