高校体育师资管理与提升的策略研究——以广西财经学院为例

摘　　要：构建适应高等教育发展的高素质体育师资队伍是高校管理与发展的重要工作之一。加强高校体育师资队伍建设,引进高质量的体育人才,培养青年体育教师以及加强部门管理,是提升高校体育师资质量的有效策略。广西财经学院的做法可以为高校体育师资的管理与发展提供成功的教育理论和可借鉴的实践经验。The cultivation of high-quality physical-education （PE） teachers suitable for the development of higher education is one of the important tasks for the university management and development. Universities should strengthen the development of PE Teachers, introduce high-quality PE talents in, encourage young PE teachers with a strong ideological and political work as a guide and strengthen the management of sectors, which is an effective strategy to enhance the quality of college PE teachers and can offer the successful educational theory and practical referable experience for the management and development of college PE teachers.
