摘　　要：目的了解海南省黎族孕妇维生素A营养状况及其影响因素,为后续的营养干预措施提供科学理论依据。方法以海南黎族孕妇作为调查对象进行访谈式问卷调查,并测定孕妇的血清维生素A含量。结果不同孕期、不同年龄、经产妇和初产妇之间维生素A含量差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);且维生素A不足发生率均无差异(P均>0.05)。结论海南黎族孕妇总体的营养状况差,血清维生素A不足发生率高。Objective To understand the hainan li pregenat women’s vitamin A nutritional status and influence factors and provide the scientific theory basis for making the nutrition intervention measures.Methods 271pregnant women in rural Li nationality area of Hainan were investigated with questionnaire surveys,and serum vitamin A of the pregnant women were determined by micro fluorescence.Results The averages of pregnant women’s serum vitamin A showed no significant difference including different pregnancy phases,different age and production times.Insignificant differences were found among regions（P〉0.05）;The prevalence rate of lack of vitamin A showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Pregnant women of Li nationality in Hainan were lack of vitamin A.
