摘　　要：高职院校学生健康人格的培养是高等教育目的的重要组成部分。本文通过对目前在校学生的人格缺失分析,探讨我国儒家美学思想对高职院校学生健康人格培养的理论价值,希望帮助高职院校学生尽快调整人格发展的偏差。The cultivation on the students＇ healthy personality is the essence of the higher school. According to the current social environment, the paper analyzes the loss of the personality on the students and explores the theoretical value of the Confucian aesthetic thoughts for the students＇ personality development so as to help them to adjust themselves to the present society.
