摘 要:从马齿苋中提取马齿苋多糖,在碱性条件下,马齿苋多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应合成马齿苋多糖铁配合物,并用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定马齿苋多糖铁中铁(Ⅲ)的含量。实验结果表明马齿苋多糖铁为红棕色无定型粉末,易溶于水,在100℃以下可以稳定存在,在pH3~12内不沉淀,不水解,马齿苋多糖铁中铁(Ⅲ)的含量为18.21%。马齿苋多糖铁具备开发为口服补铁剂的应用前景。Polysaccharide was extracted from Portulace oleracea L., then Portulace oleracea L. polysaccharide iron complex was synthesized with polysaccharide and FeCI3 under the alkaline condition. The determination of Fe(ll]) was conducted with the method of ferroin-Fe(]I). The results showed that: Portulace oleracea L. polysaccharide iron is heavy brownish red and shapeless powder, It can dissolve in water, its chemical properties is very stable at the temperature below 100 ~ and the pH from 3 to 12. Content of Fe(lll)in Portulace oleracea L. polysaccharide iron is 18.21% by the method of ferroin- Fe(]]). Portulace oleracea L. polysaccharide iron has developed the application prospects of oral iron supplement.
