摘 要:目的采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中铅、镉的方法检出限和定量限。方法根据国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)对检出限的测定和计算方法,分别在不同石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪上测定粮食类、肉类及蔬菜类食品中铅、镉的方法检出限和定量限,并对影响方法检出限测定的因素进行讨论。结果粮食类、肉类和蔬菜类食品在不同仪器上测得的方法检出限和定量限不同,样品种类、取样量、仪器、测量条件、测定方法、石墨管、进样体积、标准曲线以及试剂的纯度、水质纯度、分析者等均对方法检出限和定量限的测定产生影响。结论方法检出限和定量限取决于分析方法的全过程,与空白测定值、精密度和灵敏度密切相关,每类食品在不同仪器上均要测定方法检出限和定量限。OBJECTIVE To determine method limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of lead and cadmium in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS Based on the method of determining and calculating de- tection limit by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), the LOD and LOQ of lead and cadmium in grain, meat and vegetables were determined by using different graphite furnace atomic alorption spectrophotometers. The influencing factors for the detection limit were discussed. RESULTS The LOD and LOQ of lead and cadmium for grain, meat and vegeta- bles were different by using different graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometers. Sample, sample quantity, analyti- cal instrument, measurement conditions, analytical method, graphite cuvette, injection volume, purity of reagent and water, working curve and analyzer could influence the L0D and LOQ. CONCLUSION LOD and LOQ depend on the whole analytical process, and they are associated with the blank value, precision and sensitivity.
