河南省劳动力数量发展分析模型

摘　　要：针对河南省劳动力数量问题,使用基于Leslie矩阵的人口增长模型及改进模型,通过女性人口的变化,预测河南省劳动力数量的发展变化趋势。结果表明,河南省的劳动力数量在2014年达到最大6379.9万人,以后呈逐年下降趋势,而且下降的速度越来越快。预计到2030年河南省的劳动力数量变为5416.3万人。According to the Henan province labor force problem, the population prediction model and the improved model basing on Leslie matrix was used. Through the change of females, we forecasted the development trend of Henan province labor force. The results showed that the labor force of Henan province achieved maximum 63799 million in 2014, downtrend year after year and felled faster. Henan province labor force was expected to 54163 million in 2030.
