摘　　要：近年来,随着我国保险事业的快速发展,保险欺诈骗赔案件的数量亦呈较快的增长态势。保险欺诈案件的增多不仅给保险公司造成了巨大的经济损失,损害了诚实投保人的利益,而且扰乱了保险市场秩序,影响社会稳定。为此,必须构建与完善反保险欺诈工作机制。In recent years, with the rapid development of insurance, more and more cases of the fraudulent conduct are engendered in the field of insurance. It is not only a great loss to insurance companies, but also harms the interests of the honest applicants. Therefore, we should improve and perfect the insurance system in order to maintain public order in our country.
