高职教育“三借一筑”校企合作模式创新实践范例——以信息技术学院为例

摘　　要："三借一筑"即"借梯上楼式"、"借船出海式"、"借鸡下蛋式"和"筑巢引凤式"四种合作模式。湖北职业技术学院信息技术学院调动一切积极因素和人脉资源,说服企业参与到校企合作中来。校企合作模式创新成绩斐然:实现了人才培养模式的创新和人才培养方案的多样化,以及师资队伍素质的提升和结构的优化,构建了新的课程体系,编制了新的专业课课程标准和特色教材,创新了教学模式,社会服务能力明显提升,构建了"五方四层、持续改进"教学质量保障体系,人才培养质量也大大提高。Abstract： ＂Three borrows and one build＂ has four aspects： ＂Borrow ladder to go upstairs＂, ＂Borrow a boat to go to sea＂, ＂Borrow chicken to lay eggs＂ and ＂Build the nest for the phoenix＂. The department of information technology in Hubei Polytechnic Institnte should mobilize all active factors and human resources to encourage enterprises to be involved in the cooperation with school. The innovation of the cooperation mode realizes to create the new personnel training mode and diversify the talent training plan ,raise the quality of teachers and optimize the structure of teaching staff, construct the new course system and new standards of courses, innovate the teaching model and improve the ability of social service,construct the teaching quality guarantee system of ＂five directions and four layers,continuous improvement＂, and highly increase the quality of talent training.
