摘　　要：提升运输系统中跑车、断绳事故时有发生。设计了一种由运行设备速度变化采集限速信号的液压限速控制装置,在运行设备超速时,自动控制机构动作,达到制动的目的。介绍了装置的组成及液压系统的工作原理,以其在斜井防跑车时的应用为例说明其在工程中的应用价值。基于Simulink进行仿真,显示该限速装置在制动时活塞动作平稳,设计能够满足工程应用。The running-car and rope accident cause great incline shaft accident.This paper designed a hydraulic rate-limiting device,used the change of speed as the rate-limiting signal.Introduced its composition and working principle of the rate-limiting device.And used its application on incline shaft anti-running device as an example,analyzed the characteristics and the application prospects.Build the model based on Simulink,and the result show the rate-limiting device work well,can satisfy the engineering using.
