摘　　要：针对目前国内外对刮板输送机刮板链张力控制各种方法的局限性,结合井下煤矿的特殊环境以及刮板输送机本身的技术要求,采用模糊自适应PID控制技术并利用美国JOY公司研制出的ACTS装置对刮板输送机链条张力进行控制,仿真结果表明,系统动态特性好,鲁棒性强。According to the limitations of various monitoring methods which are adopted in current home and abroad of scraper conveyor chain tension,combining with the special environment of underground coal mine and scraper conveyor itself requirements,so in this paper we determine to adopt the fuzzy adaptive PID control technology,and with the ACTS device that the American JOY company developed,to realize the scraper conveyor chain tension control.The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics of the system,and its strong robustness.
