摘 要:[目的]对甜高粱常规种和杂交种主要农艺性状与抗逆性生理性状进行比较、分析、研究。[方法]采用田间农艺性状测定和室内生理性状分析相结合的方法。[结果]不同类型甜高粱品种穗部性状与SOD活性、VC含量关系显著,叶、茎各性状与SOD活性、VC含量有一定的关系,而各器官的鲜重与SOD活性、VC含量关系不显著,各性状与黄酮含量有关系,但紧密程度各异。各品种不同发育时期不同部位生理性状含量也不同。[结论]总体上,VC含量、SOD活性、黄酮含量均在甜高粱的抽穗期至成熟期间增强,其中黄酮含量叶肉、叶脉为灌浆期较高,SOD活性叶肉、叶脉均在抽穗期以后增强,但各品种表现不一;VC含量叶肉抽穗期增加,叶脉开花期以后增强,但各品种存在一定的差异。[ Objective] To compare, analyze and study the agronomic traits and resistance physiological traits of conventional varieties and hybrids of sweet sorghum. [ Method] The agronomic traits were determined in field and the physiological traits were analyzed in laboratory. [ Result] Of different sweet sorghum varieties, the SOD and Vc were significantly related to the ear traits, moderately related to SOD and Vc, while insignificantly related to the fresh weight of each organ. The traits were related to the flavonoids to different degrees. THe physiological traits were different in different parts and at different growth stages. [ Conclusion ] V c, SOD and flavonoids in general were improved from the heading stage to the mature period, the flavonoids in leaf pulp and vein were the highest at the grain filling stage, while SOD was improved at the heading stage, which was different of different varieties;Vc in leaf pulp was improved at the heading stage, while the Vc in leaf vein was enhanced after the flowering period, which was different of different varieties.
