摘　　要：在高等教育"质量工程"背景下,剖析"管理学原理"的学科特点和精品课程建设的内涵和要求,并基于和谐管理理论,在内外环境认知基础上辨识和谐主题,结合课程教学实际,探讨该精品课程建设策略,从"谐则"机制构建、"和则"机制构建与"和""谐"耦合等方面设计该精品课程建设的路径。This paper analyzes the connotation and requirements of the construction of an excellent course in the context of the ＂quality project＂ of higher education. Based on the hexie management theory and combining the teaching practice, it puts forward the strategies for constructing the excellent course, Management Principle and the approaches to designing the course in the aspects of constructing ＂he＂, ＂xie＂ and ＂hexie （harmonious）＂ mechanisms.
