摘　　要：在外科学教学实践中,以普通外科为范例,紧紧围绕普外科临床教学课程体系的结构,运用现代科学教育技术。通过与在校高年级学生、研究生的拓展知识交流,以及对临床教师和教学管理人员的问卷调查进行分析,并和传统的临床教学模式相比较,优化课程整合,对学生进行临床思维方式疏导训练,以及科研思路和方法的培养等,构建出临床研究性实践教学模式,并在临床教学中进行了初步应用。General surgery as an example during surgical teaching practice. Closely around the general surgery clinical teaching curriculum system structure, uses modem scientific education technology. Analyzes questionnaire survey by expanding knowledge exchange with senior students and graduated students. Optimizes curriculum integration through compared to the traditional teaching mode. Trains clinical thinking mode and cultivates research ideas and methods to the students. Builds clinical research-based practical teaching mode, and performed preliminary practice in the clinical teaching.
