摘 要:目的:准确建立个性化右侧上颌舌侧正畸矫治体系三维有限元模型,从而为生物力学分析打下基础并提供可靠的研究途径。方法:利用螺旋CT扫描获得头颅DICOM数据,在Mimics中进行牙列的三维重建,导入逆向工程软件Geomagic对牙列模型进行曲面修补及拟合,在UG NX软件中构建矫治系统数值模型,最后将其导入ANSYS软件进行三维有限元模型的构建。结果:建立了含矫治系统的个性化右侧上颌牙齿三维有限元数值模型。结论:基于逆向工程的个性化舌侧矫治数字化设计方法,将Mimics、Geomagic及UG NX综合运用进行数值建模,极大地提高了建模精度,是一种快捷高效的舌侧矫治系统的建模途径。Objective: To construct a customized three--dimensional finite element model for left section of maxillary lingual orthodontic treatment system accurately for further biomechanics analysis. Methods: DICOM standard images of head were obtained by CT scanning, then constructed a 3D model of dentition by Mimics software. Geomagic, a reverse engineering software, was used to repair and fitting the surface of them. On the basis of those above, a 3D numerical model of orthodontic treatment system was built in software of UG NX, and its finite element model was implemented in ANSYS. Results: The three dimensional finite element model for left section of maxillary dentition including lingual orthodontic treatment system was established. Conclusion: A numerical design method based on customized lingual orthodontic treatment system comprehensively applies Mimics, Geomagic and UG NX in numerical modeling, which could highly improve the accuracy of orthodontic treatment; it is a fast efficient approach for the modeling of lingual orthodontic treatment system.
