中等卫生职业教育学生“知行统一”职业道德培养的探索

摘  要:中等卫生职业教育应当依据主体性、针对性、实践性、社会性和统一性原则对学生实施职业道德教育。通过近年来的探索,北京卫生学校形成了由主题教育、行为规范、劳动实践、社会实践、竞赛活动、网络德育和达标考核等组成的“知行统一”的德育工作的有效途径,促进了学生的理想信念不断巩固、职业道德不断提升、综合素质不断提高的良好培养效果,学生在全国各种竞赛中频获佳绩。受到用人单位的欢迎,就业率始终保持在95%以上,对口就业率始终保持在97%以上。Health secondary vocational education should give the students professional ethics education according to principles of subjectivity, pertinence, practice, society and unity. Recently, Beijing Health School has established such effective methods as theme education, codes of conduct, labor practice, social practice, competitive activities, on-llne moral education and standard assessment, all" ~f which constitute moral education based on the "unity of knowledge and practice". By doing this, students" goals have been consolidated gradually, their professional ethics have been roused increasingly and their overall quality has been improved pleasantly. The students have outstood in national contests frequently and become more and more employer-friendly with the employment rates above 95% and counterpart employment rates above 97%.
