摘　　要：目的针对社会需求变化，建立人才培养新模式，提高地方医学院校基础医学类专业研究生创新能力，拓宽就业领域。方法调研往届基础医学类专业硕士研究生就业状况，根据社会需求变化，构建和实施新培养模式。具体内容包括：①加强导师自身建设。②加强硕士研究生动手能力、创新能力培养。③加强硕士研究生实际应用能力培养，注重基础与临床结合选择研究课题。④引进研讨会（Seminar）、文献报告会（Journal Club）和学术论坛（Academic Forum）方式，提高学术水平。⑤注重外语教学和应用。⑥增加临床和相关科技开发工作实习。⑦培养良好学风。结果与往届毕业生相比，新模式培养的硕士研究生取得了较好的科研成果，在国内外重要期刊发表论文增多，取得了较多的省级和校级科研奖励、表彰；毕业后在基础或临床相关专业工作，拓宽了就业领域。结论新培养模式有利于地方医学院校基础医学类专业硕士研究生创新意识和创新能力的提高，拓宽了毕业生的就业领域，能够更好地满足社会的需要。Objective To establish a novel training model for improving innovation ability of master degree candidates in medical basic sciences in provincial medical colleges depending on the present employment situation, in the purpose of increasing their career opportunities. Methods The present social needs for masters major in medical basic sciences and the employment situation of the masters graduated past years were investigated. Then detailed implementation of the project was carried out, including： （~）To reinforce performance of the advisors. （~）To enhance training on practice abilities and innovation abilities of the master candidates. （~）To augment training on application capability of research, requiring the research should combine the basic sciences with clinic issues. （~To introduce Seminar,Journal Club and Academic Forum to raise academic standards. （~）To emphasize professional English teaching and the appliance. （~To increase the requirement for work in hospitals and the enterprises related to research and technology devel- opment. （~To cultivate good study atmosphere in the candidates. Results Compared with the masters graduated past years, the number of papers published by the master candidates in medical basic sciences increased, and the papers published in core journals, even in foreign authoritative journals raised. The masters trained by the new model won more research awards issued by the province and the university. The masters had opportunity to work in departments in hospitals. Consequently, the project expanded employment channels of the postgraduates. Conclusions Based on the data above, the novel model is better for cultivation of innovative awareness and innovation ability. The career opportunities of the masters major in medical basic sciences increased. Furthermore, the new training model adapts to both the social and the graduates＇ job requirements.
