摘 要:高速铁路桥上无缝道岔的轨道、桥梁设计,目前已有一些研究成果,但仍然是一个难点。文章介绍了厦深客运专线韩江特大桥大跨连续梁上铺设30号无缝道岔的设计,进行了岔-梁-墩的纵向相互作用分析,作为无缝线路及桥梁墩台设计的依据;桥梁竖向相对变形分析,确定道岔和桥梁的合理相对位置关系;车-岔-桥的耦合动力学分析,进行列车运行及结构的安全性和乘坐舒适性评价。Up to now, although some notable research achievements have been accomplished for the design of welded turnout on bridges and bridges in high-speed rail construction, there remain difficulties to be settled. In this paper, a full description is given to the laying of No. 30 welded turnout on long-span continuous beam of Hanjiang Bridge on Xiamen-Shenzhen passenger dedicated line as well as an analysis to the longitudinal interaction between turnout, beam and pier which serves as the basis for the design of continuous wielded rail and bridge piers. The analysis of longitudinal relative deformation on bridge may provide the rational positions of turnout and bridge, while analysis of coupled dynamics of vehicle-turnout-bridge may offer an assessment for train safety and riding comfortableness. As the laying of welded turnout on bridges is currently at an exploration stage in this country, the research here is just to offer reference for design of similar bridges and turnouts.
