摘 要:利用非溶剂致相法制备PVDF/PET平板式复合膜,考察了添加剂、相对湿度、蒸发时间对复合膜性能的影响。结果表明添加剂为5%(wt,下同)聚乙二醇-400和0.5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K17复配、空气相对湿度为65%、蒸发时间为10s时制得的复合膜综合性能较优,膜的纯水通量达562.4L/(m2·h),孔隙率为70.5%,断裂拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为23.3MPa和58.1%。将此复合膜安装在浸没式MBR中处理生活污水,控制出水通量为0.46m3/(m2·d),连续运行6个月,跨膜压差均小于16kPa,膜比通量均大于8,CODcr去除率均高于83.8%,NH3-N去除率均高于90.1%,SS去除率均高于95.0%。PVDF/PET flat sheet composite membranees were prepared through nonsolvent-induced phase process. The effects of additives, relative humidity and evaporative time on properties of the composite membranes were investigated. The results showed that additives were compounded by polyethyleneglycol-400 (5% weight percent) and polyvinylpyrrolidione K17 (0. 5% weight percent), relative humidity was 65 %, evaporative time was 10 seconds. Under above process conditions, composite membrane comprehensive performance was excellent. The pure water flux could attain to 562. 4L/(m2·h), the porosity rate was 70. 5%, ten- sile strength and elongation at break were 23. 3MPa and 58. 1% ,respectively. The composite membrane was installed at the sub- merged MBR in treatment of domestic sewage, the water flux at 0. 46m3/(m2·d) within 6 months continuous running. The pres- sures d trans-membrane were all lower than 16kPa,and the specific flux of membrane was all larger than 8. CODcr removal rate, NH3 N removal rate and SS removal rate were all over 83. 8% ,90. 1% ,95. 0% ,respectively.
