高职院校大学生职业发展教育系统化探析

摘　　要：高职院校大学生职业发展教育是需要政府、社会、学校、家庭、学生等多个要素共同努力才能完成的系统工程。通过对高职院校大学生职业发展教育现状的调查与分析,提出建立和完善包括课程体系、组织体系、辅导体系等方面的大学生职业发展教育体系,全面提升大学生的素质和能力。Higher vocational college students career development education is a systematic engineering which needs the effort of government, society, college, family, students and other factors. By investigating and analyzing the situation of higher vocational college students career development education, this paper proposes establishing and perfecting the system of higher vocational college students＇career development education, which includes curriculum system, organization system, tutoring system, etc. , thus improving college students quality and competence over- all.
