摘　　要：通过个案研究的方法,剖析了一名机电设备维修专业"双师型"的成长经历,试图找到一条高职院校"双师型"教师的培养途径,为高职院校师资队伍建设提高参考。According to the method of case study, this thesis analyzes the growing experience of a ＂double-qualified＂ teacher in electrical and mechanical maintenance specialty, trying to find a cultivating method of ＂double-qualified＂ teachers, in order to provide the reference to the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges.
