摘　　要：学校文化即"我们在这儿做事的方式"。以此为研究着眼点,在学校文化建设过程中,我们更应该关注三个理念的转变:由静到动、由果及因、由表及里。School culture is ＂the way we do things here＂. Based on this conception, the philosophy of school culture construction should change from static to dynamic, from result oriented to process oriented, and from superficial to substantial.
