高职教育和民办高教发展之思——基于均衡发展的视角

摘　　要：高等教育均衡发展在一定程度上体现了公平价值,更重要的是其"内嵌"的平衡协调发展蕴意有利于高等教育的健康长远发展。类型均衡发展是高教均衡发展的表现形式之一,当前我国高职教育和民办高教处于非均衡发展状态,已阻碍其发展。究其原因,教育政策因素肘制了两类高教类型走向均衡发展。政府应在招生、经费资助等方面制定、改进相关政策,促进其均衡发展。The balanced development of higher education embodies the justice value. More importantly, its pursuit of coordinated development is good for the healthy and long-term development of higher education. The balanced development of higher education type is an important mode of higher education balanced development. Nowadays, the development of higher vocational education and private higher education is unbalanced in China, which restricted its future development. Higher education policy is the main reason that results in the unbalanced development of the two types of higher education, so the government should take efficient measures in the aspects of enrollment, financial assistance, etc. to boost the balanced development of higher education.
