摘　　要：对大学生家长及企业人员的问卷调查显示,应用型本科人才能力主要包括通识与专业理论知识、专业能力、创新能力、关键能力、基本素质等方面,因此,可将其人才能力特征概括为基础知识和人文常识、价值观和职业素质、个人关键能力、工作领域系统能力四个层面。The questionnaire survey for college students＇ parents and enterprises＇ personnel shows that the abilities of applied-undergraduate talents mainly include general and professional theory knowledge, professional ability, innovative ability, key ability and basic qualities, etc. Therefore, it can be summarized the characteristics of talents＇ abilities as basic knowledge and general knowledge, values and occupational qualities, individual key abilities and systematic working abilities.
