摘　　要：借鉴国际竞争力理论,从基础、规模、机会、投入四个方面对中国和部分OECD国家的成人教育国际竞争力水平进行度量和排名,结果表明:世界成人教育国际竞争力总体水平不高,中国成人教育国际竞争力水平明显靠后、竞争力较差。为从总体上提升我国成人教育的国际竞争力,我们应进一步重视成人教育的地位和作用,加强成人扫盲教育,巩固成人教育基础,营造全社会重视成人教育的良好氛围,探索灵活多样的成人教育形式与内容。Drawing on the theory of international competitiveness, the international competitiveness of adult education in China and some OECD countries are measured and ranked in four aspects of foundation, scale, chance and cost. The resuhs have shown that the whole level of international competitiveness of adult education in the world isn＇t high, and the international competitiveness of adult education in China ranks behind. In order to enhance the level of international competitiveness, China should further attach importance to the status and role of adult education, strengthen literacy to adults, consolidate the foundation of adult education, build good atmosphere of paying attention to adult education, and explore flexible and diversified modes and contents of adult education.
