摘 要:直线滚动导轨(LMG)是高速高精度数控机床的重要功能部件,导轨滑块结合面建模准确性对机床动态特性分析具有重大影响。针对一款滚动导轨,基于模态理论和拉格朗日方程建立该直线滚动导轨动力学方程,通过MAT-LAB软件开发了计算程序,得出系统前五阶固有频率,并通过模态实验进行了验证。同时,重点分析了直线滚动导轨非线性动态特性,揭示了预紧力和外部激励等因素对系统动态特性的影响,为进一步精确分析机床整机动态特性及稳定性奠定了基础。A linear motion guide (LMG) as a key component of a high speed and precision computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, its modeling is very important to the dynamic analysis of the CNC machine tool. "The dynamic equation of the LMG was derived based on the modal theory and Lagrange equation, and its first 5 natural frequencies were calculated with MATLAB, then the results were proved with a dynamic test. At the same time, the effects of preload and external exciting force on the nonlinear dynamic characteristic of the LMG were analyzed, they provided a foundation for the dynamic characteristic analysis and optimization of the whole machine tool.
