摘 要:微波稳定化后小麦胚芽作为试验原料,用国家标准规定的植物油抽提溶剂,建立了浸出法提取小麦胚油优化生产工艺。探讨了不同原料颗粒度对麦胚出油率影响、溶剂体积分数与麦胚质量分数比值(溶胚比值)对麦胚出油率影响、溶剂浸提温度对麦胚出油率影响、溶剂提取时间对麦胚出油率的影响等单因素试验。依据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,选择溶胚比值、浸提温度和提取时间为响应面优化分析试验设计因素,建立了小麦胚油浸出法优化提取工艺的二次多项数学模型。优化小麦麦胚油浸出工艺:颗粒度为60目筛上麦胚粉碎物,以植物油抽提溶剂为提取溶剂,溶胚比值为20.5∶1,温度43℃、浸提38 min。优化工艺模型预测出油率的理论值为6.67%,验证试验显示小麦胚油实际出油率为6.65%。Wheat germ after microwave stabilization as raw material of the experiment, with the national standard of plant oil extraction solvent, the production process optimization on extraction of wheat germ oil was established. The effect of different particle size of raw materials on wheat germ oil yield, solvent volume fraction and mass fraction ratio (soluble embryo ratio) on wheat germ oil rate, solvent extraction temperature on the effect of wheat germ oil rate, sol- vent extraction time on wheat germ oil rate were discussed. Select solution embryo ratio, extraction temperature and ex- traction time for response surface optimization design of experiment factors, two multinomial mathematical model on optimize extraction process of wheat germ oil was established according to Box - Behnken principles of experimental design. Optimization of wheat germ oil leaching process : Particle size above 60 mesh sieve after crushing wheat germ, the national standard of plant oil extraction solvent, Soluble embryo ratio is 20.5: 1, a temperature of 43C, extracting 38 min. Theoretical value of predict the rate of oil to optimization of process model was 6.67%, experiments shown the actual oil yield of wheat germ oil for 6.65%.
