摘　　要：口腔作为发音器官,任何累及口腔的疾患都会影响语音的形成。如何减少和治疗口腔疾患引起的语音障碍,提高患者的语音质量,是口腔医学的一个重要课题。在所有该类疾患的治疗中,后期的语言康复都需要语音治疗作为主要康复手段。由于语音病理学在我国仍处于探索的过程中,其课程内容还未进入相关学科的专业教学。文章概述了语音病理学的国内外发展概况和教育水平现状,分析了语音治疗在口腔医学中的应用,探讨在口腔医学临床教学中开设相关内容教学的意义和方式。Speech has been identified as a key function of oral cavity and most disease involved mouth will influence the normal formation of clear speech. However, there is still no specialty education of speech therapy or so-called speech-language pathology existing in China, though the treatment of speech disorder is an important question in oral medicine, This paper outlines the education of speech and language therapists＇ education at home and abroad, and discusses the sense and possible patterns of speech-language therapists＇ curriculum applied in domestic clinical dental college education.
