从医学生技能竞赛看当前高等医学教育之不足

摘　　要：上海交大医学院通过承办2011年华东区技能竞赛发现了我国高等医学教育的不足:临床技能课程体系、基本规范和考核标准欠缺;医学培养脱离临床实践;人文素养培养缺失。技能竞赛不是目的,应通过竞赛反思教学模式,引导教学改革,培养能真正治病救人的卓越医师。Shanghai Jiaotong University was entrusted by the Ministry of Education to organize 2011 clinical skills competition （East-Ofina）. Analyzing the results, the authors have found out some inadequacies of current Chinese Medical Education, including the lack of clinical skills curriculum provision, basic clinical skills criteria, assessment system, clinical practice and hmnanities in Chinese medical education system. The authors believe that the skills competition is only a tool, the weak points should be found out to guide the teaching reform of the education systean and promote our educational research for our students.
