摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的不断发展和高校人事制度改革的逐步深入，高校人事管理工作呈现涉及面广、信息量大、内容多、时效要求强等特点。本文基于JSP技术，设计了一个三层结构的B／S体系的人事管理信息系统，确立了标准化、网络化、智能化、个性化、扩展化等系统设计原则，设计了系统的账卢管理、机构设置、人员信息管理、公积金管理等功能。With the continuous development of higher education and the gradual deepening of university personnel system reform, university personnel management work bears the characteristics of wide range, much information, rich content, and high requirement of timeliness. Based on the JSP technology, the writer designs a three--tier B/S structure of personnel management information system, establishes the principles of standardization, network, intelligence, personalization, expansion, and also designs the functions of system＇s account management, institutional setup, personnel information management, and provident fund management.
