基于大工程观的我国大学工程伦理教育保障体系建设

摘　　要：工程的价值属性要求工程师具有较高的伦理道德素质。时逢我国提出"卓越工程师培养计划"以及开设"工程管理硕士"专业学位,工程伦理教育正面临前所未有的契机。从环境保障和资源保障的视角构建我国工程伦理教育的保障体系。环境保障包括工程伦理教育的外部环境建设、组织环境建设与学习环境建设。资源保障包括师资保障与资金保障。环境保障与资源保障是工程伦理教育不可分割的组成部分,资源保障是工程伦理教育的前提、基础,而环境保障则对工程伦理教育起着促进作用,同时还影响着资源的分配。The values attribute of engineering demands ethics of engineers. Engineering ethics education is just in time when the ＂Excellent engineer developing program＂ was proposed and the Master of Engineering Management was set up in Chi- na recently. The support system which is composed of environment part and resource part is built to ensure high populari- zation and good effect of China engineering ethics education. Exterior environment, organizational environment and learn- ing environment make up of the environment support part, and the resource support part includes persons qualified to teach and fund. The environment support part and the resource support part are two necessary parts for engineering ethics education, engineering ethics education for students is based on the resource support part. Nevertheless, environment sup- port part plays an important role on boosting engineering ethics education and can influence the allocation of resource.
